Greek Yoghurt Bowl with Fruit, Nuts and Honey
Ingredients

- 150g Greek yoghurt
- 1 small banana, peach or a handful of berries
- 1 tbsp toasted nuts
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp oats (gluten free if you're following the gluten free plan)- toast if you like
- 1 tsp tahini or nut butter
Method
- Spoon the yoghurt into a bowl and top with sliced fruit.
- Scatter over the nuts and oats, then drizzle with honey and tahini or nut butter.
