Sasha, our in-house dietitian, designs each meal so they are supercharged with knowledge and nutrition. Science is not always black and white but we’ll tell you our view and why.
The days of compromising flavour in return for health are over. Our chefs ensure every dish tastes amazing by using locally sourced, seasonal produce and small batch cooking, whilst flash freezing locks in freshness. Healthy, convenient food as it should be…utterly delicious!
We believe in a regenerative relationship with nature. Intensive farming practices and modern food manufacturing have undermined planetary and human health and we can change that. We're just starting but our big mission is to support sustainable farming, biodiversity and restoration of UK soil – and to be a true ‘Field Doctor’.

Matt has headed kitchens in Michelin Star restaurants, award-winning pubs and bijou pop-ups whilst travelling the world learning about food. Matt is a passionate ambassador for food education and encourages healthy eating and positive life-long habits.
Martin is a food loving entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience. He is passionate about making healthy food that tastes amazing and is both sustainably sourced and easy to cook. He is fascinated in the power of specific foods to help people’s health.
