Why do you buy Field Doctor meals?

I don't enjoy cooking, have IBS so try to follow a low-FODMAP diet and am very short on time but care a lot about my health. Therefore field doctor has been my biggest saviour over the past couple of years, enabling me to maintain a healthy diet that fits into my lifestyle!

Low-FODMAP range means i don't get any IBS symptoms which is game-changing. I feel healthy and satisfied with the meals every time and I know I am getting a range of nutrients to support my body.

What is your favourite meal?

Ooohhh this is too difficult a question! I love the roasted vegetable penne because it's got so many different veggies so that's a frequent go-to for me
