A low FODMAP meal plan featuring Monash University certified low FODMAP ready meals that are free from gluten, onion and garlic.

This plan is designed by our in-house dietitians to be followed for 2 weeks, but you can edit, pause or cancel at any time.

Our low FODMAP plan has been curated to provide a balanced, varied diet with all the flavour but none of the FODMAPs. All our low FODMAP meals have been certified to be low FODMAP by the experts at Monash University.

Only our meals will be provided, and we’ll recommend snacks and breakfasts to adjust the calories to your personal goals.
