field doctor reviews and stories.

“I am delighted to have subscribed to Field Doctor for nearly two years, enjoying quality, balanced, and well portioned Mediterranean range meals, with the convenience of microwaving from frozen. I have dramatically improved my health, losing 2.5 stone in weight and reducing my BMI from 30 to 25. The subscription is very flexible, allowing changes to try new recipes, changing delivery date, or pausing for holidays.”

“I really rate field doctor; used them for a couple of years now. I've used pretty much every UK meal prep company over the last 10/15 years. Flash freezing the meals protects the nutritional quality of the food without mountains of salt and preservatives. Really health focused; so with an intelligent breakfast, calorie dense supplementation and snack options they really fill a healthy proportion of my calorie targets with a variety of vegetables; that I honestly otherwise wouldn't get. LDL is down 30% APOB is down 15% Blood Pressure down 12 points resting heart rate down to 58 Recovering well from Jitz, weights & swimming.”
