Field doctor gave me more time to push myself as a professional athlete.

Tell us about yourself

Hi, my name's Gabriel, and I'm a professional rugby player.

How do you use Field Doctor?

I'm using Field Doctor at least 4 or 5 times a week, especially after that big training session where I don't have much time, the body's tired.
I need a simple, easy way to get everything I need.

Why is nutrition a challenge as a rugby player?

As a rugby player, eating enough can almost feel like a full-time job.
I'm constantly trying to fuel training and hit my calorie targets, so I used to spend loads of time cooking, preparing meals.

How has Field Doctor helped?

Field doctor changed that.
I can grab a meal that tastes great, has nutrition I need and get straight back to my day.
It saves me so much time on busy training days, which means I can focus on the rugby instead of worrying about what's for dinner.

What do you like about the meals?

What I like about the meals is that they are so fresh and full of flavour for something pre-prepped. The convenience is perfect for my work as I need something quick and easy that also helps me hit my physical targets such as my weight and protein intake.
