about the plan
A gluten free meal plan consisting of meals that are gluten free and coeliac safe.
This plan is designed by our in-house dietitian to be followed for 2 weeks, but you can edit, pause or cancel at any time.
Our low gluten plan has been curated to provide a balanced, varied diet with all the flavour but none of the gluten. All our gluten meals have been tested to be gluten free (<20ppm*).
Only our meals will be provided, and we'll recommend snacks and breakfasts.
