A calorie-controlled meal plan with a focus on portion control, high protein and lower carbohydrate content for convenient weight management
This plan is designed by our in-house dietitians to be followed for 2 weeks, but you can edit, pause or cancel at any time.
This plan fits with a daily goal of up to 1500 calories per day:
- 2 Field Doctor meals a day for 5 or 7 days
- breakfast recommendations
- snack recommendations
Only our meals will be provided, and we’ll recommend snacks and breakfasts to adjust the calories to your personal goals.
