Porridge
Stir contents of pouch and add approximately 110ml or 46g of the mix to a heat proof container of choice. Add approximately 130ml of boiling water, stir, wait 3 minutes, stir again and enjoy! Please be careful with hot product or liquid. Once prepared, do not store or reheat.
Overnight Oats
Prepare at least 4 hours before consuming: Stir contents of pouch and add approximately 110ml or 46g of the mix to a container of choice, add approximately 90ml cold water and stir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir and enjoy in the morning. Once prepared keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
