The Nutrition-Recovery Connection

Treatment and recovery can take a real toll on your body — from appetite changes and fatigue to gut discomfort, weight changes and low mood.

Whether you're going through treatment or waiting to begin treatment, the right nutrition can make a real difference to how you feel day to day.

Treatment side effects can increase the risk of:

  • muscle loss and fatigue
  • changes in bowel habits
  • unintentional weight loss or weight gain
  • difficulty eating or tolerating certain foods

The good news? You don't need to figure it all out on your own.

We worked with Perci Health to create the Eat Well, Live Well programme following a pilot study with women recovering from cancer.

We've worked with Perci Health specialist Dietitian Jo Cunningham to help you feel nourished, supported and cared for.

Following World Cancer Research Fund dietary guidelines, together we curated a range of ready meals to support you with balanced nutrition. The meals are easy to tolerate, full of fibre, plant diversity and essential nutrients.

You'll also get free access to our resources including our 8-module online programme, created by Perci Health, virtual cancer clinic. This will help you feel confident in your food choices during treatment.

Let's get started with a few quick questions.

Always consult your GP or healthcare provider before making dietary changes following treatment.
