Congratulations! You've made it to the final week of our Low FODMAP Programme – an achievement to be proud of :)
Final check in
This week, we'll ask you to complete your final symptom assessment. This will help you see how your symptoms have evolved over the course of the programme.
It’s also a good time to take 5-10 minutes to reflect on what you’ve learned and can take forward. Have you noticed any other triggers for your symptoms? Did you explore exercise or notice a link with stress?
This week we'll explain the next step of the journey – FODMAP reintroduction. This phase is crucial for identifying which FODMAPs you’re sensitive to and expanding your diet. We’ll be launching our reintroduction programme in early 2024. In the meantime, we’ll direct you to alternative tools for this next step.
Now if your symptoms have improved but not to the extent you were hoping for, stay tuned. We're also going to be talking you through other therapies that you can explore. Our goal is for you to leave with an understanding of the options available to you on your journey to IBS relief.
