The low FODMAP diet is one of the most effective therapies for managing IBS symptoms.


We've designed our programme to make the process of FODMAP elimination easier. As well as 6 weeks of dietitian-led lessons, we'll provide you with up to two delicious low FODMAP meals each day.A low FODMAP programme isn't right for everyone with IBS. To learn if it's suitable for you, click below.

what are FODMAPs?

FODMAPs are a group of fermentable carbohydrates which are poorly absorbed in the small intestine, and trigger symptoms in people with a sensitive gut or Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

The term FODMAP stands for Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides and Polyols. On the low FODMAP diet you cut out FODMAPs for up to 8 weeks.

The diet was first developed by researchers at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. All our low FODMAP meals have been certified to be low FODMAP by the experts at Monash University.

One serving of a meal made in accordance with this recipe is low in FODMAPs and can assist with following the Monash University Low FODMAP dietTM.

Dietitian designed

Our meals have been developed by Sasha Watkins to ensure the meals are IBS friendly and nutritious. Sasha was one of the first UK dietitians to be trained in the low FODMAP diet and has published research on IBS, food allergy and intolerance.
